Job Description:

We are currently looking for experienced Accountants with at least 2 years of relevant experience handling accounts in a hospital setting. As a Senior Accountant, you will play a crucial role in managing the hospital’s financial operations and ensuring accurate accounting practices.

Responsibilities:

As a Senior Accountant with hospital accounting experience, your key responsibilities will include:

1. Managing and overseeing the day-to-day accounting operations of the hospital.
2. Recording and maintaining financial transactions, including revenue, expenses, and payments.
3. Preparing financial statements and reports, ensuring compliance with accounting standards.
4. Handling accounts payable and accounts receivable processes.
5. Reconciling bank statements and other financial accounts.
6. Assisting in budgeting and financial forecasting for the hospital.
7. Collaborating with internal teams and department heads to provide financial insights and support decision-making.
8. Ensuring adherence to financial policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
9. Assisting with audits and financial assessments.

Requirements:

• Semi-qualified CA or CA Dropout candidates with at least 2 years of experience handling hospital accounts are encouraged to apply.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
• Experience in hospital accounting, including revenue recognition and expense management.
• Familiarity with accounting software and financial systems.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in financial data management.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
