Job Description:

We seek an experienced CA with at least 5 years of relevant experience to join our esteemed firm in Bangalore. As a CA with us, you will play a pivotal role in our Internal Audit team, conducting comprehensive internal audits to ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and regulatory standards.

Responsibilities:

As an experienced CA in Internal Audit, your key responsibilities will include:

1. Planning and executing internal audit engagements by established standards and guidelines.
2. Evaluating and assessing internal controls, risk management practices, and operational efficiency.
3. Identifying areas for process improvement and providing valuable recommendations to enhance organizational effectiveness.
4. Reviewing financial statements, ensuring accuracy, and verifying compliance with applicable regulations.
5. Conducting audit fieldwork, documenting findings, and preparing audit reports for management review.
6. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to facilitate effective communication and knowledge sharing.
7. Staying up-to-date with industry trends, regulations, and best practices in internal auditing.

Requirements:

• Qualified CA with at least 5 years of experience in Internal Audit.
• Strong knowledge of auditing principles, practices, and techniques.
• Experience in planning and executing internal audit engagements independently.
• Familiarity with applicable laws, regulations, and standards.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proven track record of delivering high-quality audit reports.
• Proficiency in using auditing tools and software.
